My Approach:
I have much respect for you in taking this first (and likely difficult) step of seeking support. When we find ourselves overwhelmed, confused, stressed, or simply lost – therapy can help.
“Sometimes what you’re most afraid of doing - is the very thing that will set you free.” - Robert Tew
My mission involves learning about, from, and alongside people of all backgrounds. Leading authentic and empowered lives sounds great on paper, and yet seeking these desires without guidance can feel discouraging. I know first-hand the value a compassionate space can offer us during challenging seasons of life.
My treatment approach includes collaboration, warmth, reason, and - at times - a silly attitude. My practice foundations involve helping children, families, couples, young adults, adults, and older adults embrace recovery and community. I blend an eclectic framework, with research-based, tailored, and holistic techniques to best fit your needs. I emphasize Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered treatment modalities to support your treatment goals.
Together, we co-create a safe, non-judgmental, and consistent space to work towards sustainable change. I look forward to meeting you!
