My Approach:

As a bilingual therapist and first-generation professional, I understand how overwhelming major life transitions can feel, especially when you are forging a path without a clear roadmap. My own journey was shaped by navigating complex spaces while learning to balance ambition, cultural roots, and personal growth.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals through diverse and challenging life chapters—ranging from career transitions to deep clinical mental health support. Today, much of my work centers on high-achieving women, expecting mothers, and new moms who carry high expectations, performance pressure, work anxiety, or the weight of being the cycle breaker in their family. Many of my clients look strong, successful, and capable on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected underneath as they navigate postpartum shifts, career demands, or identity evolution.

My work is built around three core pillars: grounding the nervous system through life transitions, strengthening self-worth and confidence without losing authenticity, and deepening relational awareness to break generational cycles and set healthy boundaries.

At the core of my approach is the belief that true healing begins in safe, authentic relationships. My style is holistic, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in person-centered and culturally responsive principles. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, non-judgmental space where your lived experiences, culture, and individual story are honored, allowing us to go beyond surface-level fixes to create lasting internal peace.

I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Somatic Practices. CBT allows us to reframe intrusive thoughts, perfectionist standards, and anxiety loops. Meanwhile, mindfulness and somatic tools help ground your body and process stress stored physically in your nervous system. Alongside these tools, I weave in an existential approach, honoring the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and spiritual connection. I hold space for exploring your connection to a higher power, spiritual grounding, or overarching purpose—helping you align your inner values with a greater sense of calling.

My goal is to co-create a space that feels grounded, direct, and deeply human—helping you live a life that feels as balanced on the inside as it looks on the outside.
